HOW TO TREAT DARK KNEES, ELBOWS, AND KNUCKLES AT HOME.

When your skin tone is uneven, it can be very bothersome. I have experienced it. My face and knuckles used to be darker than the rest of my body, which was lighter. Although it wasn't immediately apparent, it was incredibly unpleasant and undermined confidence. I started by determining the cause of my uneven skin tone and came to the conclusion that I didn't give my face the same level of attention as I do my body.

1. Use a Great Exfoliator
2. Make Use of Gram Flour
3. Make Natural Bleach
4. Baking Soda Rinse
5. Apply Almond Oil
Wrapping it Up!

1. An exfoliator helps you exfoliate the skin in a way that you get rid of all the dead skin. Now the dead skin when accumulated on the knuckles gives them a darker look. A good scrub is what is needed to get your skin exfoliated.

You can make the scrub easily by making a mixture of lemon and sugar. This can be done by mixing ½ teaspoon of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Now, make a paste and use it on the fingers.

The trick is to massage the scrub on the fingers in a circular manner. Do this for almost 10 minutes and then rinse it with warm water.

For best results, try and do it regularly for a few days to achieve the desired results.

2. Gram Flour can work great in making dark knuckles look brighter and lighter in shade. You can use gram flour by mixing it with raw milk and lemon juice. To make this, you will need 1 tablespoon of gram flour and a few drops of lemon juice. You can mix these with 2 tablespoons of raw milk.

Apply it on your knuckles or on the affected area and leave it until it dries. You can wash it after it dries with water at room temperature.

For this home remedy, you will have to wait around a month to get the desired results. All three ingredients used in this remedy work as lightning agents and exfoliate dead skin cells.

3. Dark knuckles can be bleached at home naturally to make them appear lighter. The bleach can be made at home by using two simple ingredients that are available at home at all times. Any guesses? Well, it is honey and lemon.

Mix lemon and honey together and apply them to the knuckles for a few days. Put it on the skin for 10 minutes and then wash it off using lukewarm water. Lemon is said to be a natural bleaching agent and honey plays its role in moisturizing the skin.

Another natural way to bleach the skin is by using raw lemon and cutting it into slices. These slices can then be rubbed on the knuckles for 10 minutes before you take a bath.

4. You can pamper not only your dark knuckles but also your hands by making a baking soda rinse. This is made by mixing glycerin, rose water, and baking soda. This is made by taking a medium-sized bowl and filling it with lukewarm water. You can then add all three ingredients in equal amounts to the water and rinse.

Then, it is time to dip your hands in the bowl for a minimum of 5 minutes. Once you are done rinsing, wash your hands with water. This helps a lot in reducing the darkness that is present on the knuckles.

5. Almond oil is very good for improving the health of the skin and it helps a lot with brightening the skin. You can take almond oil and just take a few drops. Then massage the oil on the knuckles for around 10 minutes.

You can leave it overnight and then wash it off with water the next morning. This can help a lot with dark spots on knuckles that occur due to sun damage. It also reduces the pigmentation of the hands, if applied to hands overnight.

Try and do it regularly for better and quick results.

How to prevent creams from causing dark knuckles.

I test out a ton of body creams, including those with essential toning components. How can I prevent dark knuckles?
After washing my hands, I always use coconut oil or Shea butter. I just slather on my coconut oil if I don't have time to wash them off. That would lessen the lotion's ability to generate black knuckles. I hope my easy instructions on how to remove black knuckles were helpful.

Know this:

The problem of darker skin on the knuckles is pretty normal. It frequently coexists with other diseases, most frequently obesity and prediabetes. Your skin becoming darker is probably nothing to worry about if your darkened knuckles are not a sign of an underlying medical ailment.
You can use either DIY solutions or over-the-counter medicines to brighten the skin on your knuckles. Ask your doctor about prescription remedies if these don't work.
