Many young children experience frequent nighttime urination.   • ALMA. Other names for this include Indian Gooseberry. It should be ground with 1.5 teaspoons of honey, a small amount of turmeric powder, and some water. Before the child goes to sleep, give it to them.


  • APPLE CIDER VINEGAR. Before going to bed, mix it with a glass of water and take it.


  • MUSTARD SEED POWDER. Allow the child to consume two tablespoons of warm beverages once per day.

  • RAISINS AND WALNUT. Give the youngster, primarily at night, three tablespoons of ground walnut and one and a half tablespoons of raisins before bed.

Note: To create this cure quickly, combine 1.5 teaspoons of AMLA POWDER with warm water, a dash of black pepper, and vigorously whisk. Give it to the child twice daily, preferably before breakfast in the morning and before bed at night.
